Architects and restorers who participated in the rehabilitation of cultural heritage have been displaced Asis Lorca to develop a manual of procedures for recovery of property and personal property destroyed by the earthquake of May 11.

They plan to hold meetings with technical and regional authorities for optimal reconstruction of affected assets, after the Bank Consortium has contacted the Ministry of Culture and the Department of Fine Arts and Historical Heritage of the community of Murcia, which have accepted the offer of help.
Italian experts have already participated in the reconstruction of the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi after the earthquake of 6.7 magnitude that hit L'Aquila in 2009, with the recovery of frescoes and mosaics and a new roof design molded to support new earthquakes.
Bank Consortium and the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi are partners in the European project "PATCH" (Prevention, Analysis and Tools for Cultural Heritage), funded by the European Union that aims to develop a common methodology to prevent damage before of a possible natural disaster and the preservation of heritage post-disaster.
