This festival, which includes 32 plays, puppets and magic, is an initiative of the Foundation Cajamurcia, the city of Lorca and 16 companies in the region, acting jointly and unselfishly, like other companies and professional staff
The theater program and children's entertainment a child's smile, Cajamurcia organized by the Foundation, in collaboration with the municipality of Lorca, starts tomorrow, June 11 with the magic show for all ages beyond the fantasy, starring Sunday Arts "and Mayi.
Functions will continue on Sunday 12 June, crossing the galaxy, a musical for children 7 to 12 years by District Productions.
Both shows will take place, at 18 and 20 pm in the Fairgrounds Santa Quiteria.
In total, sixteen companies in the region held thirty-two functions within this festival, which takes place during the months of June and July in that Santa Quiteria Fairgrounds, located in the Garden of the Wheel.
The program is composed of theater performances, puppet and magic-in double sessions at 18 and 20 hours, and is intended to return the smile to about 72,000 people (mostly children), while helping to restore normalcy and cultural life in this city after the earthquake.
Besides the two companies mentioned in 'The smile of a child' part Aftalia Theatre, Theatre Alquibla, Charley Max, Aurora Redondo Company, Double K Theatre, Theatre Area, Tale Theatre, Murga, Nacho Vilar Productions, Ribalta Productions, Seven Comedians, Zero Theatre, Theatre Sylph and Thespis Theatre Company.
Importantly, all artists and companies working together in solidarity and altruistic, like other professionals and companies involved as volunteers in the organization and dissemination of the festival: Pictograph, Riga Cultural Activities, Alternative Communication, Telemag, Sr . Mentekitchen, etc.
The Foundation Cajamurcia will address the technical costs of these proceedings: installation of stage and seating details, lighting, sound, etc.
