The Councillor for Citizen Security of the City of Lorca, María Belén Pérez, has reported that members of the Unit of Prevention and Operational Response Local Police of our city involved the 1st of October 5 marijuana plants (Cannabis sativa) large, very lush and full state of maturity.
The performance took place in the hamlet of Ramonete, particularly in the locality Track and forms part of preventive actions and operations carried out by the Local Police,
Pérez Martínez explained that the agents had knowledge of the facts to check, they patrolled the area, the existence of several marijuana plants hidden in a vicinity of a home.
After several inquiries located the greenhouse where they were grown.
The total weight of confiscated plants is 16 kilos and the owner of the same was made available to the agents of the Guardia Civil de Mazarrón, body leading the investigation of these facts.
This operation confirms the good results provided the constant work being done by members of the local police in Lorca through the different units is organized, and the importance of monitoring devices that are set throughout the municipality to ensure for the safety of citizens.
