The Session provides for measures aimed at the improvement and replacement of the road in different streets of the vineyard that were particularly damaged after the earthquake and works with heavy machinery that were later realized.
Councilman Works and Municipal Services of the City of Lorca, Angel Mecca, has reported that the city council will begin processing a new series of investments in different pockets of our municipal improvement actions encompassing both urban and in the districts.
Mecca has stressed that this is a battery of 4 performances that involve 144,625.82 euros.
The description of these is as follows:
1) Improvement of firm by hot patching roads belonging to the municipal network in different districts, and in some neighborhoods near the center.
In this regard it is noteworthy that they will carry out improvements in the state of roads in the neighborhoods of Los Angeles and San Cristobal, and in the area of ​​Santa Clara Avenue, Ronda Sur.
In districts is expected to act mainly in Campillo, Cazalla and fleas, among others.
We're talking about a performance that is investing a total of 30,125.82 euros.
2) Installation of mailboxes in several villages.
This local action is intended to complete the ambitious municipal plan being developed for the districts Lorca concentrations have mailboxes in good condition, in which a claim has been stressed by the neighbors in the various meetings and gatherings which remain with the citizen groups by the municipality of Lorca and the various councils.
The currently planned action includes the installation of around 300 new mailboxes, and the correction of another 75, as well as substitutions.
The districts which, at first, they will benefit from this project are those of Cazalla, Marchena and La Hoya, among others.
The planned investment in this regard by the city council is 9,000 euros.
3) Improvement of pavement of streets in neighborhoods of Lorca.
The works that are covered under this project will focus particularly on improving the state have been different sections of streets in the neighborhood of La Viña.
These streets where the earthquake damage and subsequent interventions involving heavy machinery (demolition and debris removal for the most part), have caused damage of various kinds.
The works provide for the replacement of road and repairs related to it, on streets whose sidewalks are especially damaged, as is the case of Las Palomas or workshops.
The amount to be allocated to this effect will be of 48,500 euros.
4) Street lighting in road D-21, section The Lebrilleras - The Priests, in the hamlet of Ramonete.
It is widely demanded action by the citizens of this parish groups.
The section in question runs through one of the busiest pedestrian areas of Ramonete place coinciding with the location of the local doctor and the social and other landmarks.
It is planned to employ a total of 57,000 euros for this purpose.
280,000 euros in works in progress by the City
Councilman Works and Municipal Services has advanced further than at present, the City Council is carrying out other improvement actions involving an amount estimated at 279,226 total economic euros.
Mecca has said that these actions are:
Repair firm in different streets of the village of Palm Zarcilla.
A work that has an operating budget of 109,000 euros and that includes the final repair of these roads.
Diversion of road between the parish and the Puentes reservoir (roads C-15 and MU-701), in the hamlet of Parrilla.
Represents an investment of 70,226 euros for the improvement and refurbishment of a stretch of 1.5 kilometers in length.
Improvement and strengthening of the pavement at the junction of the parish - Palm Zarcilla.
This project involves the investment of 100,000 euros.
All related works are financed 100% by the Autonomous Community of Murcia, through the plan of works in neighborhoods and districts.
