Cardinal Rouco Varela expressed the support of the EEC to Lorca during his visit to the city (19/03/2012)

Mr. Cardinal Antonio Maria Rouco Varela, visited yesterday, Sunday 18 March, the city of Lorca.

The Cardinal had long wished to convey to Lorca support of the EEC and the Spanish dioceses faced with the consequences unleashed after the earthquake last May 11.

Juan Tudela and a representation of episcopal vicars and priests of Lorca, Cardinal Rouco Varela visited the temples affected after the earthquake and restoring state.

The President of the EEC Lorca shared with some words of hope and comfort.
