A report on Lorca disclosed in 155 countries the consequences of earthquakes (05/04/2012)

The international news channel Euronews issued on 26 March, in eleven different languages ​​and 155 countries worldwide, a report entitled 'Rebuilding sustainably Lorca', which reflects the consequences of the earthquakes that struck in May 2011 the city as well as the reconstruction process of the municipality.

The summit, organized by the Committee of the Regions (CoR), which was attended by the regional president and senior vice president of CDR, Ramón Luis Valcárcel, and the mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, it was suggested that proposals for cities 'liveable' and adapted to their environment constitute one of the major debates in the European Union policies, and addressed issues related to urban dynamics, and proposals for making cities more livable.
