Makes his presentation on May 3 at the weekly market on Thursdays Lorca (26/04/2012)

During the school year 2011-2012, the IES Bartolomé Pérez Casas de Lorca, participates in the shaft (European Young Company) This project is driven by the Ministry of Universities and Research Company, through the Institute of Development Region Murcia (INFO), along with counseling for Education, Training and Employment and is framed within the 'Plan We start' in a line of action called Fostering Entrepreneurial Culture in Early Ages.

Due to the participation in the project AXIS, students of 4 º ESO IES Bartolomé Pérez Casas have become the classroom their own businesses, which have called KETECOMO Cooperative Society, where they perform tasks such as choosing the Regents of the cooperative, corporate image and the development of policies.

They have also created a blog where they count all that are doing along the way.

Under this program, HUB, students of 4 º ESO have also designed a product catalog that Will Bid to its clients, seeking funding through the loan application to a financial institution, and finally, import and export products that they mini-companies offered other students, who are also involved in the project elsewhere in Spain or abroad.

This mini-company is preparing its presentation to the public on May 3 at the weekly market on Thursdays of Lorca in the Garden of the wheel, even if you have successfully made small markets within the institute.

The students have developed various products like key chains, brooches, rings, bracelets, pens, etc. that will offer the public competitive prices.

This is only going to be a preparation for the large regional market to be held in Murcia in late May where they will attend mini-companies from across the region, and where they will try to dispose of their own products and purchased from other mini-companies the rest of Spain.

With the proceeds shall assume the payment to suppliers, service the loan and the initial capital, and finally the distribution of benefits.

These programs also include an area of ​​Corporate Social Responsibility, allocating a portion of the mini-company benefits of a social order that the students decided to design its statutes.

Ketecomo approved by a majority, that these benefits would go for the Red Cross for the great help given to the town of Lorca during and after earthquakes.

With these programs, it seeks to develop entrepreneurial skills in children and young people from an early age, working in them skills such as personal initiative, autonomy, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution ability or communication skills , among other capabilities typical of an entrepreneur.
