May 23, 2012.

The Town Planning of the City of Lorca, Jose Joaquin Peñarrubia, has reported that in accordance with the provisions with which account this municipal area, next week will have been given licenses for the reconstruction of 200 houses that had to be demolished to result of earthquakes last year.

Peñarrubia stated that "to date, we have granted licenses for the reconstruction of 173 of these homes. Note that in the last week have been given two new licenses for the reconstruction of two buildings, both embedded in the area most affected by earthquakes. In particular it is a building at Tanners Street the neighborhood of La Viña. We're talking about a block will have 16 homes, located in the numbers 14 and 16 of that street. This is of a project sponsored by the Owners "The Vine 3." This building is made up of a block of flats on 5 floors, spread over 4 floors for homes and other shop space to house. The license was granted on the day yesterday by the Department, contemplating the installation of the corresponding crane, which can be seen. "

The Edil Planning has stated that "with the license described above has been granted another license for the reconstruction of a residential building located in the Old Port Road, specifically in No 23. This license, which was given to late last week, refers to the reconstruction of a block consisting of 4 floors in height, spread over 3 floors for private homes and one for shop space. This building also will have a garage for vehicles. As in the case above, as can be seen that the installation has been made of the appropriate crane.

The licenses issued today correspond to blocks of flats located in Granada Road (2 buildings), Meritorious Street, Old Port Road, Avenida Infante Juan Manuel Avenue Vintage and Tanners Street, as well as single family homes located in Tejeros street, Cartagena Road, Furnace Street, Magnolia Street, River County Council, Terce and Marsilla street.

The Town Planning has also reported on the 159 pending cases whose value has already been resolved weeks ago.

Peñarrubia said "from the Urban area are being more diligent as possible when assessing and solving projects before us. In fact I want to clarify, with respect to these properties, we have been coming to such requests a few days ago. Specifically until last May 4. The situation today is as follows:

159 records:

Technical Ruin (involves demolition): 53 buildings containing 94 apartments.

Of these only 4 correspond to buildings, and of these 4 one has already been demolished, as is the case of a building on Calle Luis de Peralta.

The other 3 are located in the Health Avenue, Avenida de Europa and Granada Road.

The rest are single-family homes.

Economic ruin: 63, and of these only 12 buildings, covering a whole a total of 110 homes.

It should be noted that this qualification does not involve demolition and means that property owners can opt for the arrangement of buildings presenting the draft.

The remaining constructions, a total of 43, no debris present.
