The activity has consisted of a gimkhana centered life and customs of ancestors very far in the history of Lorca: Argar culture.
The initiative has focused on the town of La Torrecilla, known under the name "The Cypresses".
The Councillors of Culture and Youth of the City of Lorca, Sandra Martinez and Augustine Llamas, have been delivered this morning the prizes for the activity "The history of my people", organized by the municipal councils in events commemorating the twentieth anniversary of Archaeological Museum, which was aimed at primary schools by the International Museum Day (celebrated on 19 May).
This activity has been the development of a gimkhana centered on the life and customs of ancestors very far in the history of Lorca: Argar culture.
The initiative has focused on the town of La Torrecilla, known under the name "The Cypresses".
Attempts have been a wonderful way to make a photographic gimkhana questions and answers that were in many of the posters exhibition or educational material that is delivered to make the tour of these facilities.
Municipal sources have reported that this activity is a form of learning through play, to teach about our history and enjoy a pleasant day among the trees of the place.
Students who have completed more testing of this activity this morning received a diploma and a badge of honor for the center to which they belong.
Here were two groups of students from two schools.
They are:
- Fourth grade Pasico CEIP-Campillo
- Fifth and sixth CEIP La Torrecilla
Note that in the Archaeological Park of the Cypresses, from January to today, the educational activities have been aimed at primary pupils.
These have been attended several schools, including a total of 715 children.
