The Aldermen of Commerce, squares and markets the City of Lorca, Antonia Lopez and Eduardo Sanchez, with the President of the Association of Retail Market Square, Sebastian Molina, have started this morning a new campaign to promote this popular shopping enclosure.
This is an initiative agreed between the municipal administration and the aforementioned association whose purpose is to promote shopping in the Plaza, where he meets a large number of vendors Lorca and where you can find all kinds of food products, emphasizing especially foods typical of our land, and they are greatly appreciated by all citizens.
To spread the purchases in the Market Square will be giving away a total of 2,500 reusable bags to all citizens who make purchases in positions of the square, a gift that will be delivered during the days of 21, 22, 23, 28 and 29 December, ie, in those days when Lorca do their holiday shopping Christmas Eve and New Year's.
The breakdown among the customers has started this morning.
The delivery of such bags, more comfortable and convenient than plastic, also has the aim of contributing to raising awareness about the environmental friendliness since replacing the plastic, more awkward to transport shopping and more pollutants if not properly recycled.
Remember that since Placeros Association, in coordination with the City of our city, is also planning to open Square on Sunday 23th, to provide citizens performing the usual shopping days for Christmas and New Year , where family reunions are the general tone.
