The Councillor for Culture and Celebrations of the City of Lorca, Sandra Martinez, and President of the Association "Friends of the Passion", José María Arcas, presented programming V National Band Contest "Lorca, Passion and Music" which be held on Sunday February 3 at 12 pm at the fairgrounds in Santa Quiteria.
Martinez explained that "in this fifth edition of the competition involved three groups Lorca, as are the musical group Mater Dolorosa (Step Blue), Holy Christ Music Association of Blood (Step Incarnate) and Bande Bugle and Drum Step Purple".
Martinez wanted to congratulate the Association "Friends of the Passion" by "the great festival that we are prepared to take up this initiative which is consolidated in the cultural calendar of Lorca and fill the campus of Santa Quiteria of the best music."
José María Arcas stressed that "clusters make a parade through the streets of Lorca departing from their headquarters to the Alameda de la Constitution. Arrival will have between 11 and 11.30 am to go all together to the Santa Quiteria Fairgrounds, where Contest begins on at 12 o'clock. "
