The Cabinet has approved an agreement on a joint proposal of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports and the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, by which means the body responsible for program management support event of exceptional interest public "Recovery Plan for the Cultural Heritage of Lorca"
The declaration of an event of exceptional public interest of that master plan was made in the Law on State Budget for 2012 for the purpose of applying the benefits of the Law on taxation of non-profit organizations and tax incentives patronage, of April 23, 2002.

With this purpose does not create a new body but choose to extend a temporary basis, the functions of the existing Joint Control Commission and Monitoring Manager plan, created under the Agreement of the Council of Ministers of October 28, 2011
Thus, to perform the functions related to the support program, the Joint Committee may be constituted as a Committee of Management of the support program.
In that case, one of three representatives appointed by the Central Government will be in representing the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, so If required by law incentives for patronage.
