Manzanera peñarrubia noted further that license has also been granted for the rehabilitation of a house nestled in the heart of the historic center of town, in the square of Spain (surroundings declared of Cultural Interest) and appended to the chapter houses of San Patricio.

It is the restoration of the so-called "House of Colonel Potousse" severely damaged by the earthquakes of 2011.
