The scope of the project includes all the building envelope (ie walls, party walls and roofs) and the adequacy of the interior of the premises intended for Songs and Dances, located on ground floor, with an area of ​​407.28 sqm.
As a result of past earthquakes occurred in 2011, the main damage observed in the building were:
Cracks and fissures several factory facade and interior partitions.
