This afternoon at 19:30 pm in the parish of San Miguel de Zarzadilla Totana (Lorca) hosting a concert by Aba Taano, NGO "Music for Life".
This is a sextet composed of young people in Uganda have come to Europe with the choir Natumayini Uganda for the past 8 years, then with the chorus Omutima Gwa Afrika and now with this vocal sextet Taano Aba.
These three choirs are the result of a humanitarian project in Uganda to help young people without resources to move forward through the music called "Music for Life".
Aba Taano components normally reside in Uganda and travel to Europe to perform and raise funds for orphans in Uganda.
They sing in Swahili, Luganda, Fang, Zulu, Lutoro, Acholi and Runyancore among other languages, but also interpret traditional gospel and traditional American carols.
On 23 acted in Cartagena and 25 did so in the convent of Nuestra Señora del Carmen Caravaca de la Cruz.
