Lorca 426 families benefited from the services of the Municipal Early Childhood Center during 2013 (18/03/2014)

The mayor of Social Services stresses that it is the public reference center throughout the Region.

The Councillor for Social Services City of Lorca, María del Carmen Ruiz, reported that the City Early Childhood Center attended last year to a total of 426 children, nearly fifty more than in 2012.

The Center team provides specialized care to children of 0-6 years and their families and the environment when children have disturbances in their development or at risk of suffering from a psychological or bio-socio-environmental level.

The Municipal Center has a Director, a psychologist, a social worker, 3 physiotherapists, speech therapists and 4 4 Early care technicians.
