Healthy Thursdays were one of the great innovations of the XXXVI Guadalentin Sports Games.
Through this activity wanted to invite people who do not do too much sport or do individual to participate in fun physical activities that have in common their health benefit way.
To this end there have been four sessions in which participants have had the opportunity to learn new disciplines, other hone and learn simple but highly recommended exercises to keep fit while we take care of our health.
And all this has been made possible by Jesus Antonio Vidal, fitness trainer and manager Magnifit he has shown in each of the sessions both their professionalism and their enormous creativity and inventiveness to develop activities that entertained, amused, liked and let the participants wanting more.
Having learned to walk properly and pace in the first session, I practiced pilates in the second and enjoyed healthy fun circuits, on Thursday the Malls Pavilion hosted a special aerobics session.
And this fitness exercise with many years of fashion can be very healthy if we do it the right way, at the same time which can be suitable for all types of participants if we choose the right activities.
About twenty people of all ages joined in the session that was gaining in strength with the passage of minutes, starting with simple exercises to end combined movements of greater complexity.
After the session was done a stretch in order to prevent injury and soreness so feared.
Healthy Thursdays and end do it with a global share of about 130 people and got all geared to make that many people, regardless of their age and physical condition, enjoy a Thursday that has been synonymous with healthy sport.
Excellent debut as both fun activity.
