The last meeting of the Bureau agrees to extend the Comprehensive Social Care for a period of six months.
Mesa funds have enabled the realization of more than 4,000 performances that have helped more than 2,400 families Lorca.

January 8, 2014. The Councillor for Social Services City of Lorca, Maria del Carmen Ruiz, has reported that the Bureau has distributed to date a total of 5,456,545.70 euros to families affected by the earthquakes of the year 2011. Ruiz Jódar stressed that the ongoing work that is being developed by this entity results in the execution of more than 4,000 assists more than 2,400 families Lorca, a fact that confirms the good performance being made from the Mesa .
Maria del Carmen Ruiz explained that at the last meeting of the Bureau, which took place on December 16 at the Cultural Center of the City, it was reported that returns repayable advances for rent and access to amount to the amount 926268.26 total euros.

- Specific Financial contributions to the payment of books.
- Financial contributions for specific replacement goods.
- Financial help support housing repairs.
- Financial support for prosthesis.
The Councillor for Social Services has indicated that it is a pioneering project aimed attention to families affected by the earthquakes in 2011 in Lorca, coordinated by municipal social services and raised to the existence of problematic situations that have not been able to meet with the aid regulated in the generated frame.

The mayor of Social Services explained that the total recorded in the accounts managed revenues and channeled the Bureau today amounts to 5,533,291.93 euros, with a positive balance of 76,746.23 euros.
The main aids that have been made so far are:
- Financial Assistance to boost trade (for the Bureau of Commerce): 500.000 €
- Financial assistance for preparation of the new headquarters of the food market: 70.000 €
- Financial assistance for the rehabilitation of housing in Uptown: € 14,260.11.
- Other significant expenses of the Bureau were as follows: - Assistance Initiative "bungling Without Borders": € 1,879.34
- Installation and maintenance modular homes San Fernando: € 44,637.31
- Extraordinary expenses Camp La Torrecilla: € 9,585.64
