The Plenary finally approved this morning Ordinance to reconcile hostelry terraces with the rest of the neighbors and pedestrian traffic (26/01/2015)

In its various sections Ordinance establishes that authorizations are subject to changes that may decide the council, which reserves the right to modify the concurrence of causes of general interest.

Times per season, autumn / winter (from 9:00 to 0:00 on weekdays and half hour on weekends) are fixed and spring / summer (from 9:00 to 0:30 on weekdays and half hour weekends).

In any case, the Council may modify these schedules to celebrate certain holidays (Easter, Christmas, Feria, San Clemente, ...).

In general authorization will be granted on an annual basis (calendar year) and may be renewed.

Areas in which there can be no terraces (traffic roadways, sidewalks with less than 3 meters wide, on zebra crossings, etc.) are also established.

The Ordinance states the obligations of holders of terraces (remove furniture and cleaned every day, do these operations without disturbing the neighbors, ensuring the use and enjoyment of the terrace equal opportunities and non-discrimination, etc.)

Regarding the occupied zone surface and maximum dimensions of the terrace (100 m2 and 30 m long side.)
