Youth and "Naturactúa" collective organized five interpretive trails natural areas in the Region (16/02/2015)

The first course will be held on Sunday 22 Espuña, the second will be at Park Salinas de San Pedro, the third to Cabeza de la Jara, the fourth to the Sierra del Gigante and the last at Cabo Cope and Calnegre tips.

Youth Councillor of the City of Lorca, Augustine Llamas, has reported that the municipal area has organized collective hand Naturactúa of Lorca five interpretive natural areas in the region, to be held from February 22 to April 26 routes.

Llamas explained that "these pathways are a great way to communicate and natural attractions they can enjoy botany, natural products, geology, zoology and science in general."

Agustin Llamas explained that the following outputs will be the March 1 to the Regional Park of Las Salinas de San Pedro del Pinatar, 29 of the same month the Cabeza de la Jara (Site of Community Interest), April 12 in the area of Special Protection of Birds and the 26th of that month the Regional Park of Cabo Cope and Calnegre tips.

Youth Councillor has stated that the way to go this Sunday will be 15 kilometers and a medium-low, ideal family made trouble, diving into the wooded thickets of this protected from the municipalities of Totana and Alhama space.

This activity its flora, fauna and landscape diversity is appreciated, trying to locate aoudad or mouflon Atlas and participants will learn the story of how forests returned to populate these totally deforested hillsides and valleys and arid yesteryear.

For this first visit is recommended to wear hiking boots or sports shoes, clothing, water, sunscreen and a small picnic for lunch, and during the tour attendees accompanied by a nature guide and will be available optical material as telescope and binoculars.

The approximate duration is four hours with a break for lunch and be back in Lorca about 18:00.

Llamas said "This is another initiative to expand the supply of healthy leisure sponsored by the Government, with which it is intended to provide alternatives for free time at low cost, using resources provided by nature".
