The delegate of Union Progreso y Democracia (UPyD) in Lorca, Juan Manuel Cabrera, said that the latest openings have been made in the city, such as the sports complex, the music conservatory or secondary school Ramón Arcas, come "too late after four years of delays and broken promises by the government of the People's Party."
Similarly, the local representative of the formation magenta indicated that it is "incomprehensible" that the sports complex, which served thousands of young people from the city, has been standing almost four years.

Furthermore, he assured that something similar has happened with secondary Ramón Arcas and Ros Giner, as well as the music conservatory.
"And especially serious is the situation of Ros Giner, which today is still not rebuilt after four years of a disastrous management of the regional administration with the complicity of local government".
In this context he said that "it defies common sense to understand" that thousands of young Lorca have been displaced for four years to study in poor condition, with prefabricated classrooms and very limited services due to poor planning and organization of local government "has used public money depending on their interest and not addressing the real needs demanded by the city at the time".
To conclude, Juan Manuel Cabrera has insisted that "no doubt" that these openings and the constant announcements of future infrastructures are part of a pre-campaign with which they intend to cover errors in a disastrous management that has lasted two terms.
