Garcia explained that this is an isolated building, composed of several bodies, resolved with a support structure of load-bearing walls, with wrought wooden beams and joists with gypsum cankerworm.

The cladding system consists of masonry walls.

The roof of the building is tilted, made with wooden beams and joists as reeds and mud plaster inside plaster.

The cover is finished with Arabic tiles.

This building has all the necessary connections of facilities such as water, electricity, sewage, etc.
