The Governing Council acting agreed to authorize the recruitment by open procedure and the cost of the project works general sanitation collector of Los Palacios (Lorca), amounting to 3,473,048 euros, financed by 80 percent by the Cohesion Fund of the European Union.
The new collector will conduct wastewater from the area called Casa Palacio to the general collector Rambla Biznaga, so that collect wastewater from all the houses that are in the path.
Between the towns scattered near the area that will benefit from this service are Mula House, La Torre and El Charco and New Homes and Gallardo.
The work, which will be executed in annuities 2015 and 2016, will have a deadline of twelve months and will allow the attack to the network of some 1,000 inhabitants.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Water is working on the Integral Plan of cleansing and purifying of Lorca, which has already invested over 47 million euros in actions already executed, and about seven million euros in works that are in state implementation, plus another 40 million shares in the bidding phase.
