The rehabilitation and improvement of the building of the Chamber of Agriculture culminating its first phase after investing about 182,000 euros (14/07/2015)

Discovered damages exceed the forecasts of the technicians.

The Master Plan for the Recovery of the Heritage has overseen a new investment of 110 963 euros for the implementation of a second phase.

The Town Planning, Culture and Rural Development in the city of Lorca, Satur Martinez, Agustin Llamas and Angel Mecca, this morning visited the former headquarters of the Chamber of Agriculture, one of the most significant buildings in Loch Street, which is being rehabilitated the damage that earthquakes of 2011 occurred in its structure.

We proceeded, therefore, has installed a new roof, replacing the previous structure, placing laminated way with fireproof and insulating panel, replacing the original tiles.

The restoration of the facade has been completed, considering the recovery of outdoor ornamental wooden elements that were badly damaged, almost waste.
