Program "Local Public Employment" will hire 10 unemployed in the construction sector.

The "MEND" project is aimed at 15 young people who get training in the specialty of "Auxiliary operations of light coatings in construction."

Thanks to the project "Youth Employment", 10 young people will be trained in "Basic Operations bar" and through the project "Flora" 10 other unemployed exercise their work performing "Ancillary activities in nurseries, gardens and garden centers"

Councillors Employment and Youth council of Lorca, Lali Ibarra and Agustin Llamas, respectively, reported that the Consistory Lorca has asked the Regional Employment Service and Training of the CARM, projects aimed at hiring unemployed people in the town of Lorca .

Note that these projects are financed by the European Social Fund, the Autonomous Region of Murcia and the city of Lorca.

Lali Ibarra explained that the first of these projects is the Program "Local Public Employment", through which they will be hired 10 unemployed in the construction sector.

Particularly to a technical architect, three officers of 1st masonry, three officers of 2nd specialized masonry and three pawns.

The objective of this project is to carry out minor works to improve the roads of our city.

Employment The mayor has indicated that the total cost of the project amounts to € 162,994.68, of which it has asked the Employment and Training Service a grant of € 130,000.

The rest, € 32,994.68, is municipal contribution.

Agustin Llamas, meanwhile, stressed that in collaboration with the Youth Council, the Department of Local Development and Employment, have applied for three Joint Employment Training Programs in the framework of the Youth Guarantee.

These projects are aimed to the group of young people under 30 years and are registered in the file of the National System of Youth Guarantee (can register either in the SEF Lorca or in the area of ​​youth found in the CLD ).

Youth Councilman explained that the projects are, firstly, the project "REPAIR", for 15 young people would get training in the specialty of "Auxiliary operations of light coatings in construction."

Second, the project "Youth Employment", aimed at 10 young people would get training in the specialty of "basic bar operations."

And finally, the "FLORA" project, aimed at 10 young people to obtain training in the specialty of "ancillary activities in nurseries, gardens and garden centers."

Lali Ibarra explained that these projects, which have a duration of 12 months, students-workers will get a grant of € 180 / month for the first three months, being recruited through the type of contract for training, remaining nine months, gaining 75% of the minimum wage which is € 567.53 / month.

The total amount of these three projects amounts to € 399,353.05, of which the City provides € 19,000.00 and the SEF provides a subsidy of € 380,353.05.

Note that the total amount of the four projects for the recruitment of 45 unemployed people in the municipality of Lorca amounts to € 562,347.73, of which have requested a total of € 510,353.05 in subsidies to Employment and Training Service and the Consistory Lorca contribution amounts to € 51,994.68.
