IES Francisco Giner Ros received an Honorable Mention in the National Competition Young Researchers XXVIII 2015, held throughout last week in Mollina (Málaga) week.
The jury praised his particularly outstanding work in promoting the interests of science, technology and research in the field of youth culture.
This contest is organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports and Youth Institute and promotes research among young people by granting awards for work done on basic or applied research, or prototypes related to any area of ​​the curriculum Secondary Education, Secondary Education and Vocational Training.
Very remarkable results of the three students who represented our center, accompanied by the teacher and tutor their projects, Esther Sánchez Pérez, received the following indications:
Second prize (1000 €): Melani Cortijo Lopez, with the work "Extends the qualities of your senses."
Third Prize (2000 €): Jesus Molina Rodriguez de Vera, with the project "Music in the field of sport: android application development autoseleccione music during exercise."
Second Prize (3000 €): Martin Lopez Meijide, the study entitled "Water quality in the hydraulic system pipe-contracaño a model of sustainability for the future.".
