The first days of this 48th edition are developing SEPOR unéxito participation of both exhibitors and visitors and speakers at the technical conferences.

Since opening last Tuesday 3rd, tens of thousands of people have flocked to the site of the Garden of the Wheel of Lorca, SEPOR provisional headquarters, to enjoy exhibitions of pigs, to which respective samples are added cattle and poultry.

The number of visitors has filled in some moments the four pavilions available to the competition this year, both residents of Lorca and visitors from other municipalities in the region of Murcia and even from neighboring provinces like Almería, Granada, Alicante and Albacete.

Attendance at technical conferences, and the International Symposium Porcinocultura has been massive;

at certain times we have had to increase the capacity of the halls to accommodate the public who wanted to attend the presentations and panel discussions.

Conferences and exhibitions of livestock and machinery, are complemented by various leisure activities such as barbecues free access, performances of song, dance and Spanish song and practical classes on detection of defects in chicken carcasses, or cut ham.

Tomorrow, Friday, an institutional tone with visits to facilities SEPOR of the Minister of Agriculture, Isabel García Tejerina, who will be accompanied by the Minister of Agriculture, Adela Martinez-Cache, and the mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar expected among other authorities.

The competition will have one of their highlights at night, with the celebration of the 22nd edition of the Premis Porc d'Or in one of the town's hotels.

A gala will be chaired by the Minister, where the excellence of the best farms and pig farms in Spain is recognized.

Ultimately, satisfaction among the organizers of SEPOR 2015, for the way forward is coming edition marked by the temporary change in its facilities, and for hosting such a category awards as the Porc d'Or.
