The Minister of Water, Agriculture and Environment, Adela Martinez-Cache, today exercised the right to vote to elect representatives who will lead, over a period of four years, the Community Irrigation Lorca.

The Minister voted in representation of the experimental farms that the Community has in the town of Lorca.

It is 45 experimental hectares in the district of Puri and the CIFE.

The Community Irrigation Lorca is part of the Central Union of Irrigation Aqueduct Tajo-Segura.

It is the second largest in the region, after Cartagena, and has about 13,000 villagers.
