The city council achieved the support of the courts of Administrative Litigation of Murcia, endorsing the validity of those agreements lacked the "trap clause" which itself contained the 17 approved solo for the PSOE so I expected to have to return 16 million euros.

The Councillor for Economy and Finance in the city of Lorca, Fulgencio Gil, has reported that the city council has recently received several favorable to the City of court proceedings arising out of planning agreements included in the municipal planning decisions.

It is, therefore, a different kind of agreements to which they are carrying sentences against the city, and is projected to qualify as inappropriate Ground for Urban Development (SIDU) land.

Fulgencio Gil explained that the favorable response by the courts has been made possible by these agreements included in the planning of the General Municipal Plan of Arrangement (PGOM), and approved between 2001 and 2001, they did not collect what is known as " trap clause "which forced the council to return the sums advanced by the promoters of the agreements.

Thus it is evident, for clarity, that the approval of those agreements was a manifest error, as the current mayor made clear in the full year 2005 in which the PSOE approved them alone.

The mayor of Economy said that, within the full transparency of information to our citizens of the city council on the issue of planning agreements, we can now offer positive developments.

We suggest that judicial decisions favorable to the municipality rejected the claims of recovery of financial payments made to the City Council by the promoters projected in different places of our municipal agreements, such as those set out in Puri (the amounting to 1.8 million), La Paca (3 million), Zarcilla (193,000 euros)

Fulgencio Gil is anticipated that the City Council will continue to inform the detailed citizens and promptly about the process of these agreements, since there are other two agreements planning whose promoters have also claimed, in his case administratively, the repayment of amounts entered the Consistory.

We are talking about agreements regarding projects in Puri (claim 1.4 million) and watering (540.910 euros).
