Citizens welcomed the broad consensus that generated their motions November plenary (01/12/2015)

The first motions of the municipal Citizens Group was referred to the regularization of existing parking illegally in the town of Lorca, and enjoyed the approval of other local groups.

Antonio Mecca argued during the debate that "either temporarily or permanently, any business must comply with the legal standards for the benefit of the user."

Another motions filed by citizens who got the plenary consensus was that where C's proposed to the plenary developing a complementary program of extracurricular enrichment activities in primary schools.

According to the Orange party, "the purpose of this motion is to compensate the inequalities in access to educational resources outside of school hours."

There was another motion which produced a passionate debate on the situation created in Catalonia in recent months, of disobedience to the laws and what C's understood as an attempt to break with the model of coexistence between Spaniards.

Citizens wanted the city of Lorca ruling by an official statement in defense of the rule of law and the unity of Spain.

Three of the parties with municipal representation, Citizens, PP and PSOE voted for, and IU voted against.

In addition, the municipal spokesperson Citizens Lorca also came out in favor of proposals for resolving the problem of demarcation of the town of Calnegre tips, income of Lorca in the Spanish Jewish Network, or to increase the budget allocation to Health Area III, and against the construction of the elevator in the castle hill, which has already ruled on the unsuitability of the project, and has been proposed as alternative future a cable car leading directly to the castle.
