The Department of Employment and Local Development will plan, starting next September, the scheduling of various training activities.
These are aimed mainly at unemployed workers and be supported by the Regional Employment Service and Training in the Region of Murcia (SEF) in its entirety, bringing the grant to the amount of € 188,405.
A total of 75 places will be offered during the month of September.
In this first program will be taught the following courses:
Celador health with 250 hours.
Store operator with 200 hours.
Responsible for civil works with 400 Hours.
Editor adjuster electronic equipment with 410 hours.
Software technical office with 350 hours.
All these courses, which may participate up to a maximum of 15 students, are completely free and are aimed at unemployed older than 16 years.
The request may be withdrawn at the service of information and guidance of the Department of Employment and Local Development, located in Alameda de Menchirón, 4.
Councilmember Employment, Eulalia Ibarra, stressed the importance of such initiatives, since the courses represent "a great opportunity for those unemployed who decide to expand their training to achieve higher qualifications to enable them to access a job" .
On levels of unemployment, Ibarra noted that the situation in Spain is reaching "dangerous levels.
Therefore, and in the absence of effective measures from the Central Government, the municipality of Lorca is not going to be stopped and we will take all measures necessary to reduce unemployment in our city. "
