Coinciding with the exhibition 2008 will take place the first Route cover between 19 and 28 September, as reported by the City Council of Celebration, Rosa Medina.

This is an initiative of the Department of Culture and Celebration in collaboration with the Association of Hoteliers of Lorca (HOSTELOR) and the Department of Tourism.

In this first Path of the cover, facilities related to HOSTELOR exhibited during the days when Route is developed, the top with participating in it and will be the customers who are responsible for deciding what is the best cover, by voting on ballots that provide facilities themselves.

The price of a drink and the top competitor will be 2.5 euros.

Participating customers, by the mere act of voting, will enter the draw for free weekend in the network of hostels in Lorca, spa vouchers, visits to Lorca Taller del Tiempo, and lots of typical food products lorquina , which will be drawn on 8 October when you what setting is the winner of the first Top Road.

Medina has said that it is "an initiative that will allow visitors to walk Lorca and establishments in the city, tasting tapas prepared exclusively with Lorca and deciding which products are best."
