Delegates elected at the Assemblies of IU in the municipalities of Guadalentín, met yesterday, Saturday in the Garden Ruano de Lorca, to discuss the documents to be studied on the 25th October at IU Congress in Murcia, held in Molina de Segura and in Madrid on 15 and 16 November, in which the formation of the Left, will design their future and choose the new federal direction.
Those attending the Assembly of Lorca, agreed, with only 3 abstentions, to support a summary document, which consolidates the proposals made by the three major sectors of IU.
With this positioning, the delegates from the municipalities of the Shire, are positioned by dialogue and a political commitment "in response to a broad section of society today is not represented in Parliament and affects social and economic policies that defend workers, marking a clear alternative to the PSOE and the neo conservative. "
Those attending the meeting in the halls of Huerto Ruano, Juan José Cánovas elected as Speaker of the Regional Assembly District in the UI, Belchí Cati, as part of the table, chairman of the regional caucus and John Romero, on the Credentials Committee.
The delegates elected to the IU Assembly in Madrid, were Antonia Camacho and José Luis Fernández, in a secret ballot, leaving as reserves, Councilman IU + Greens in Lorca, Murcia José García, Pedro Jesús Camacho and Gerardo Caina.
