UPyD Lorca (EC Guadalentín) requested the City Council to conduct Lorquin efforts
appropriate to the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment for implanting in Lorca
Vocational training courses of the professional family of Hospitality and Tourism with
to cover the demand for professionals in the hospitality sector and prepare future
professional tourism projects Lorca and region.
The implementation of these training courses to our city become a reference
training for the entire region of Guadalentin.
Young people today who want to Lorca
second cycle study hospitality and tourism for example, average kitchen or
Restoration or services, a greater degree of restoration or Hospitality Management
tourist have to travel to Murcia or Cartagena, which is a major inconvenience on
especially for young people with fewer economic resources.
UPyD also proposed that such cycles of Hospitality and Tourism training can be located in
the future university campus LORCA, expanding and complementing the training offer
thereof.
