The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, presented this morning by the Tournament II "Christmas City International Lorca, to be held on December 28 in the restaurant Hiroshima.

The tournament consists of two tournaments, one for players of any nationality or origin regardless of age and FIDE ELO less than 2301 and one for graduates of the FIDE and a maximum of eight participants.

For the trophies are five categories and the first tournament will be cash prizes for the top ten, while the eight participants have secured the second prize with economic value at least 100 euros.

This tournament is organized by the Chess Club Lorca, with the collaboration of the Municipality of Lorca, the Directorate General of Sports of the Autonomous Community and the Spanish Federation of Chess and Murcia, in addition to the sponsorship of 17 companies.
