Approval by the region of the coastal section of the General Plan allows the City to get 1.3 million m2 on the coast (13/01/2009)

The Town Planning of the City of Lorca, Francisco Garcia, has been reported that the autonomous region, through the Ministry of Works, Housing and Transport, approved last December 23 of the sections that remained pending in the General Plan Municipal Management, Garcia explained that this is the chapter on the coast.

Another area of nearly 6.3 million square meters corresponds to the non-developable land zoned for the deputation of Ramonete, delimited by the layout of the Cartagena-Vera motorway, the undeveloped land protection Lomo de Bas, the term limit municipal and developable land zoned S 1-RT.
