The majority union in the region, from UGT wish to express our deepest concern that has been happening in the cement Lorca.

"It's a blow for workers in the factory and for our union," said Perez Manzanera, "because we understand that if they want to leave the factory as grinding, should seek a solution to the workers of the company, so least 70 of 90 total.

However, the Secretary General of the MCA-UGT Murcia believes that "although the news that we are at the moment are bad, do not want to be alarmist but what we now play is to wait until Monday to see what they are this package of measures that Holcim has prepared to remedy the situation.

But the fact remains that if we suffer loss in productive capacity and not working, we're even more excited ahead this package of measures that we hope will serve for something. "
