A minister whose portfolio included issues of sexual advice, two ladybugs, pirate, and a fancy dress, were the costumes that shared the prize billion euros, according the Municipal Council of Culture and Celebration of the most original masks in dance during the carnival which was held last days in the Casino de Lorca, within the municipal official program Lorca Carnival 2009.

The jury was composed of the Councillor for Culture and Celebrations, Rosa Maria Medina, the mayors José García Murcia, on behalf of IU, and Isabel M ª Casalduero, on behalf of the PSOE, and members of the Municipal Council for Culture, Antonia Navarro , Asun Montalbán, the painter José Antonio Ruiz Martínez, and coach Juan José García Martínez.
