The secretary general of the PSOE in Lorca, Diego Ferrer, spoke today on the contentious proceedings brought by a developer administral against the municipality of Lorca, which requires repayment of EUR 721,214 in 2005 advanced the first installment of a planning agreement to build a gated community with about 4,200 homes in the village of La Paca.
