The City Council and neighborhood entities Purias designed the new clubhouse being built in the hamlet (18/09/2009)

A total of 2,260 citizens benefit from this new civic center that has 320 m2.

The local councilor responsible for social Lorca Town Hall, Mari Carmen Ruiz, has reported that the works for the construction of new civic center of march Purias very rapidly and will be finished for next December.

The local mayor of social pointed out that "the new building will have 3 multi-purpose rooms, hall, 2 toilets adapted for disabled people, storage, warehouse and cafeteria.

The building has one side with a ground floor with an area of 163 m2 in which you are placing a large canteen to serve all groups of Puri, a space that is equipped with a warehouse and an office for greater use of collective.

The council has stated that "the remodeling of the Civic Center is a new example of the firm and resolute commitment of the government team for the voluntary movement of our municipality.

In addition, stressed that "work could be completed before the end of the year, so the neighbors would have a modern civic center, better and more functional than December this year."

Jódar Ruiz visited the works of that civic center accompanied by the representative of the Neighborhood Association Purias, Ana Lidón, and the village headman of Puri, Miguel Quiñonero.
