The Socialist councilor Ginés Diaz has reported today that students integrated training center are getting their classes "precarious" and that lack of infrastructure and materials "basic" training to meet their "dignity"
Diaz said these students have started the course today, when the official start of this was the 25th of September, and have done so because chairs have been provided by the City Council, because "they had no where to sit."
Diaz showed a photo essay that demonstrates that, today, the building where two modules are taught vocational intermediate and higher level two, do not even have boxes to protect students from contact with cables.
Furthermore, the center works with light and water works, parking is no access doors, and the laboratories have been built with materials not suitable for testing practices, as they are porous and plastic surfaces do not have to allow proper cleaning.
In that sense, Diaz doubted that these spaces capable of passing the relevant health checks and occupational hazards.
Moreover, the building does not yet have the required computer provision for students and "computers are" packed and stacked "waiting to come to connect.
Therefore, the socialist mayor criticized the "disastrous" management of the Ministry of Education Regional Government regarding Vocational Training in Lorca.
Also demanded that "immediate action" to proceed to the correction of these deficiencies so that students can have an integrated center training "decent."
