The Town Planning of the City of Lorca, Francisco Garcia, has responded to criticism by the PSOE in the morning, noting that "that political party has never voted against the provisional acceptance of works of Torre del Obispo, what he did at the Council Planning Department on March 20 (not April as stated by the PSOE) was to abstain, and has now hit the "terror" because they dislike or work on weekends or early in the morning on Mondays ".

Francisco Garcia has pointed out in relation to criticism of the development works, which was the PSOE that received the practice court years ago, and was even Leoncio Collado himself who noted in the Council of the Planning Department last March that the development works were "the best ever had in Lorca."

Garcia has indicated that the works in question have not been definitively received by the city council, which shall receipt within one year and as long as everything is correct.

Planning the mayor expressed his opposition to the PSOE's criticism against the work done by city officials, and also rejected the PSOE doubt the professional ability of these.
