The Municipal Institute of Sports and Games (IMJUDE) announces a new training activity.

This is a seminar entitled "New trends in fitness training, and to be held in Lorca on 12,13,19 and 20 February.

This course has a theoretical and practical and it will cover the principles, methodology, key issues and proposals for practical application in relation to the basic contents of a program of fitness: muscle toning, cardio fitness and health rhythms and choreography, flexibility, relaxation activities and games and team sports, traditional and popular.

It is aimed to monitor fitness training, sports technicians, students and teachers of Physical Education.

The course fee is 15 euros and inscriptions can be made at the offices of IMJUDE until 10 February.
