The Department of Public Safety, Emergency Urban Mobility Lorca City Council through the Local Police, appropriate to establish special rules of the road for vehicular traffic on the occasion of Carnival Parade to be held on Saturday 13 February 2010.
The amendments are to begin making from 08:00 hours and within the same parking is prohibited and vehicles will clear the parade route starting from the Calle Pérez Casas (no parking for coaches reserve) and from 15:00 hours on C /.

Santa Paula, Ovalo, stretch of Avenida Juan Carlos I, between the Oval and C /.

Those listed streets of the parade route and streets adjacent to these, will be closed to traffic and access to the city center throughout the Avenida Juan Carlos I, and C /.
Lope Gisbert from the Cross the Bridge of San Cristobal, except vehicles which serve the public parking Plaza de Colón to be allowed entry for Ovalo, stretch of Avenida Juan Carlos, C /.
Seraglio until 17:00 hours.
