This past weekend was held in the stadium facilities Francisco Artes Carrasco, Specialist Course weight room, "organized by the Municipal Sports and Games (IMJUDE), in collaboration with the company Neosport management, leisure and sports training.
Attended a total of 41 participants from all over the region of Murcia, with a success of participation, since it was completed the maximum total places available, with the speakers at David Vidal Mateo, Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, Master in high yield and former trainer of Elche CF and Jorge Reyes Square Degree in Physical Activity, doctoral thesis on "Evaluation and Control of training in team sports" and personal trainer.
The course contents were powers and duties of the weight room monitor, anatomical and physiological bases, client assessment, training, physical qualities, planning, coaching, nutrition and ergogenic aids.
At the end of the course, all attendees received their diploma and a CD with all the contents.
The next activity will be training the next IMJUDE May 8 with a course titled "Basic life support and initial focus in the basic sports injuries," a preference for the instructors, sports coaches and trainers are leading different sports teams and local schools.
