The new mayor of the Municipal Socialist Group is 35 years old has a degree in Political Science and Administration and Diploma in Public Administration and Management.
Combine his public office as Secretary General of the Municipality of Vélez Rubio (Almería)
Diego José Mateos now take possession of his record as a councilman in the city of Lorca after the resignation, for reasons of work, Gines Diaz last February.
Mateos Molina, 35, holds a degree in Political Science and Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Diploma in Management and Public Administration of Murcia.
Local administration official at the state-enabled, holds the post of Secretary General of the Municipality of Vélez Rubio (Almería).
Mateos was also Manager of Lorca Deportiva CF in the 04/05 season when the team won its rise of 2 to 2 ª B ª A and the following season.
From the organizational point of view, Mateos is secretary of the Socialist Group Organization Lorquin since November 2008 and a member of the Regional Committee PSRM-PSOE.
He was also assistant secretary general during the years 2002 and 2004 as general secretary Francisco Fernández Lidón.
On a personal level, he is married, the father of a four year old girl and a boy of 18 months.
He lives in the neighborhood of San Jose and a member of the Board of his neighborhood association.
He enjoys reading, especially historical novels, movies, soccer and hiking, an activity that practice when their professional obligations and family policies allow it.
In his inauguration Mateos noted that, "above political differences, all members of the municipal corporation must be to meet the demands of the citizens of Lorca" and that he will work "to keep up of expectations. "
Mateos publicly thanked the reception given by his new teammates Corporation who said "they are making me very easy this new journey."
